The below info was taken from posts made to the scifi.com Bboard made

by Eberts (Mike McCafferty) and Sardon (Greg Tsadilas- VFX Supervisor/Animator on IM).

So when "I" appears in the posts its Eberts or Sardon speaking, not me.

And all of the Eberts files are in order of episodes aired.

TIRESIAS

          *
Robert Romanus who played Quinn, the GAO guy in the officials office is probably best know for his role in "Fast

Times at Ridgemont High". He was wonderful to work with and made quite an impression on the crew. Many of

them had their picture taken with him and one even had the picture turned into a T-Shirt.

          *
The actor who played Scarbourgh is a dialogue coach in L.A. Some of his former pupils include Julia Roberts,

Jack Nicholson and Warren Beatty, amongst many others. His ads claim he is the "Henry Higgins" of dialects.

          * Darien did take the rat home with him.

          *
During our section where we were "cooking" the books, I choose to either write numbers or the alphabet. Eddie

was writting a stream of words. What those were, only he knows...

          *
I risked life and limb (or maybe just fingers) to try to stuff those papaers in the shredder behind me. It was harder

than it looked and took several takes before I got. They edited around it anyway.

          *
Hobbes could very well qualify for the discus throw with his accurate flinging of that garbage can lid at Fawkes.

IMPETUS

          *
The episode marks the first of four directed by Josh Butler. Josh comes to us via "G Vs. E" and hit a homerun on

his first at bat with 'Impetus'. Having worked with him on the last three he's directed I can say he's a 'wunderkind'

             in the making.

          *
This also heralds the arrival of our new Director of Photography, Paul Maibaum. Paul's got a keen eye for keeping

the shot in focus and making us look good.

          *
Impetus is shown out of order. It was actually the 6th episode shot.

          * The lizard shown in two of the shots is known on set more for his noise than appearance. On occasion, as the

camera is rolling (and usually when Vince is shooting) an odd scraping sound will be heard. The scene will be cut,

the 1st A.D. (assistant director) will yell for everyone to be quiet and they'll start to shoot again, only to be

interrupted again and again. Finally, it will be realised that it's the lizard, trying to claw his way out of the cage and

making a racket in the process. Perhaps now with a little screen time he's at last happy.

          *
A couple of people commented that in "Tiresias" there was no way I could have logged on to the internet and

found the information so quickly. I agree. The keystrokes and computer sounds were added in later.

THE DEVIL YOU KNOW

          *
TDYK" has been the most rewritten script yet. It went through about three complete overhauls that I don't even

have time to go into. Characters, setting and plot all went through the 'spin cycle' several times. My character was

not in the first version, then appeared in the second, was written out in the third and finally stayed in the shooting

             draft.

     Until...

After I had been booked to appear in the Official's office manning the slide projector, something happened with

the slides. They would not be ready until later in the week. As a result, they were forced to reblock the scene with

The Official running the slide projector. That left me the odd  man out (A fitting title) and so I didn't report to set

             that week.

Because I was contracted to be in the episode, I guess they were oblgated to place my credits in the opening.

Personally, I was as surprised as everybody else was to see my name there. I had thought about not telling anyone

about this and have people scrutinize the tape in a "Where's Waldo" search for me. Then I thought better of it.

          *
Thanks to Oboecrazy for the history behind the phrase "The Devil You Know". Peter Hume, writer titled his

original draft "The Hume You Know".

          *
The Hotel that Darien tracks the bio-terrorist to is the Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA.

          *
We finally learn The Official's name! At least we think we do. Talking with Eddie Jones recently, he is convinced

that Charlie is really an alias. I guess we'll just have to wait.
